Pioneer Ins Declares 12pc dividend
Pioneer Insurance Co Ltd has declared a 12 percent dividend for its shareholders for the year 2003, says a press release.The dividend was declared at the 8th annual general meeting of the company on Tuesday in Dhaka. During 2003, the company earned a net profit of Tk 31.46 million. Presided over by M Anis Ud Dowla, director of the company, the meeting was also attended by directors Syed Manzur Elahi, AKM Rahmatullah, Mohammed Nasirullah, Saidur Rahman Ratan, Syed Nasim Manzur, MNH Bulu, Alamgir Shamsul Alamin, Silvana Sikder, Yasmeen Rahman, Shahana Rahmatullah, Aril Dowla and MA Majed and Managing Director RN Das.
