US concern over human rights!

The recent visit of US Assistant Secretary of State for South Asia, Christina Rocca, for observing the overall situation of human rights in Bangladesh clearly reminds us of America's own violation of human rights in Iraq, where the American troops are inhumanly treating the Iraqi prisoners. When the US itself is not concerned over its violation of human rights, which is known to all other nations of the world, how can US representatives comment on such violation during their visits to other countries? It is ridiculous.
