The decision was taken at a meeting convened to set modus operandi to realise default loans.

The BHBFC will sell buildings of defaulters with higher amount of loans directly through auction.

The meeting identified 29 big defaulters in the first phase, according to a release issued on Wednesday.

The corporation will gradually sell properties of big defaulters and borrowers who fail to pay instalments within stipulated time.
