Bayer CropScience declares 20pc dividend
Bayer CropScience Ltd has declared a 20 percent dividend for the year 2003 at its 9th annual general meeting held recently in Dhaka.Managing Director of the company Philippe Medeau stated that during the year the company achieved sales growth by 15 percent over previous year, says a press release. Chairman of the company Major Gen. (Retd) Imamuz-Zaman, directors Mostafizur Rahman and AKM Shamsuddin and Company Secretary MA Khair were also present. Bayer CropScience Ltd, is a joint venture company with the Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation and Bayer CropScience SA of Germany.
