Kerosene price upped to diesel's

The government has raised the price of kerosene by Tk 3 to Tk 20 a litre from May 1 in a move to check adulteration of kerosene with diesel.Prime Minister Khaleda Zia has given the go-ahead to the move, according to sources. The prices of both fuel oil were same at Tk 17 a litre before January last year, but the diesel price was later increased.
