Three abducted Bangladeshi boys return home

Three Bangladeshi boys, who were abducted by Indian Border Security Force (BSF), returned home on Thursday night following a flag meeting between BDR and BSF at the Patgram border.

BDR sources said BSF troops of Bagdohra Camp intruded into bordering Rahmanpur village under Patgram at 5.00pm and abducted the boys Babu Hossain, 9, Shaheen Alam,12, and Motaleb

Hossain,14, while they were playing near the zero line.

BDR Patgram Company Commander lodged a strong protest with BSF and demanded immediate release of the abducted boys.

As a follow-up of the complaint, a company commander-level flag meeting between BDR and BSF was held on the zero line on Thursday night and BSF handed over the boys to the BDR officials, sources said.
