Credit cards

Maintaining credit cards have become a big problem in our country. The companies have strange ways of adding late fees and additional charges, which a customer cannot even in his dream make out. I am a victim of it. I have a credit card and I seldom use it. Recently I was about to pay my Tk 500 credit and I forgot as there were lots of other works I had to do and I was completely astonished to see the next month's bill. They made it to taka 2500 with some other late fees along with annual charges. I think the bank's credit card department should ask the clients before they add any annual fees whether the customer is willing to go on with the card.Look at the other countries where they seldom charge annual fees, membership fees or joining fees. In our country we still believe might is right and we do whatever we like to do. I believe somebody would pay attention to this very meagre yet a big problem soon. Things must not continue like this. They are treating the Bangladeshi customers in a harsh way.
