Managing director of MM Ispahani Ltd Salman Ispahani will formally inaugurate the league as chief guest.

Reigning champions Rising Star Club will meet Chittagong Port Authority on the opening day at the MA Aziz Stadium.

The CJKS made the announcement at a press conference on Thursday.

Twelve teams divided into three groups will take part in the Premier League. The top two teams from each group will feature in the super league while rest will battle for survival in the relegation league.

GROUPS
Group A: Rising Star Club, Mohammedan Sporting Club, Shahid Shajahan Sangha and Bandar Kartripakkha,

Group B: City Corporation Ekadash Junior, Brothers Union, Shatadal Club Senior and Shatadal Club Junior

Group C: Abahani, Friends Club, Shatabdi Goshthi and City Corporation Ekadash Senior.
