About 50 participants belonging to eight teams drawn from different areas and commands of the Bangladesh Navy took part in the five-day meet.

Commander MA Haque and Lt Commander SM Salahuddin of the Commodore Commanding Khulna (COMKHUL) team became champions in tennis doubles defeating Lt Commander MS Rafique and Lt Commander M L Hussain of the commodore commanding Chittagong (COMCHIT) team 7-5, 6-0. Lt Commander SM Salauddin of the COMKHUL team clinched the singles title defeating Lt SM Mesbahuddin of the naval administrative authority, Dhaka (ADMIN DHAKA) team 6-2, 6-7, 4-7, 6-4.

Meanwhile, Lt Commander MA Gani of the COMKHUL team won the trophy defeating Lt Commander MNI Mina of the COMCHIT team 9-3, 0-9, 9-4, 9-4 sets in the squash final.
