5 Indians pushed back by BDR in Panchagarh


Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) Monday night pushed back five Indian nationals through Pachagarh border.

The five of a family were pushed in by BSF of Beriberi and Tiabari camps in the morning.

They were Jahanara Bewa, 70, her son Zakir Hossain, 26, Zakir's Wife Anjuara Begum, 20, his son Rabiul Hossain, 5 and Azadul Islam, 18 months, all Bangla-speaking Indian nationals, BDR sources said.

BDR personnel of Ghagra BOP under Panchagarh 22 Rifle Battalion pushed them back.
