Enough is enough!

Borussia Dortmund want to sever ties with Brazilian striker Marcio Amoroso after accusing him on Tuesday of showing a lack of respect for the 1997 European champions.

Amoroso underwent a knee operation three months ago in the United States but has been in Brazil ever since. He was ordered to return to the Westfalen Stadium by March 18 but the 29-year-old failed to meet the deadline.

Dortmund's patience has finally snapped with the man who cost a Bundesliga record 25 million euros from Parma in 2001.

"Dortmund attaches no value to players who show so little respect for their boss, which has so often been the case with Marcio Amoroso," said Dortmund's commercial manager Michael Meier.
