Emirates starts flying to NY from June 1
Emirates will start flying to New York from Dubai from June 1 this year.

The airline will also start serving Glasgow and Shanghai from April 10 and Vienna from May 1, increasing its destination number to 78 within the first half of this year.

Kazi Zahurul Qyyum, sales manager Bangladesh of Emirates, said this while speaking at the top ten agents award giving ceremony of Emirates for the year 2002-03 held in Chittagong on Wednesday, says a press release.

Ismail Bhuiyan, senior sales executive of Emirates Bangladesh, and Navid Haider, director of ABC Air, GSA of Emirates in Bangladesh, also spoke at the function.

The top ten agents of Chittagong for the year 2002-03 are: Gulf Travels, Al-Siraj Travels, Air Bangla International Ltd, Royal Air Services, Capco Aziz Limited, Concorde International, James Finlay Co, Brothers Travels, SB Agha and Co and Travel Guide Limited.
