Mohathero's death condoled

Acting president Sri Chitta Ranjan Sarkar and General Secretary Sri Joyanta Sen Dipu of Bangladesh Puja Udjapan Parishadand President of Mahanagar Sarbojanin Puja Committee Swapan Kumar Saha and General Secretary Sri Mangal Chandra Ghosh yesterday condoled the death of renowned Bouddha Bikkhu and presidium member of Bangladesh Hindu-Bouddha-Christian Oikya Parishad Budhipal Mohathero.In a joint statement, they prayed for the salvation of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the disciples of Mohathero who actively participated in the War of Liberation in 1971.
