Mother, son killed in road accident

A woman and her two-year-old son were killed in a road accident at China Bridge crossing in the town on Thursday.The victims were identified as Tumpa, 30, wife of Mohsin of Medical College Gate area, and their son Bhutto. Witnesses said Tumpa and her son were seriously injured when a bus knocked them down as they got down from another bus at about 6.00pm. They were rushed to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital where they died several hours after admission.
