Four lead eves' chess

Four players were leading the table after the sixth round preliminary matches of the National Women's Chess Championship yesterday. Masuda Begum, Afroza Khanam Bably, Shamiha Sharmin Simmi and Nazrana Khan Eva all earned five points after their respective matches at the NSC conference room. In second place were Shamima Akter Liza, Dilara Jahan Nupur and Fereza Haque Chowdhury Poppy with 4.5 points each. NAT'L SUB-JUNIOR Meanwhile, Minhazuddin Ahmed Sagar and Imran Ali shared the lead with maximum 6 points each after end of the fifth round games of the 24th National Sub-Junior Championship. Six players occupy second position a point behind.
