Dhumketu Club registered their seventh consecutive victory in the Metropolis First Division Basketball League beating Gregorious 104-49 at the Dhanmondi basketball gymnasium yesterday. They dominated the first session by 53-11. Osman caged 27, Munna 17, Abdullah 13 for the winners while Firoj, Tanmoy and Shaheen scored eight points each for the losers. In the day's other matches, Europa Youth Club, Wraith Club and Hornets Club won their respective matches at the same venue. Europa defeated Shawons Club 146-38 after dominating the first session by 69-20 points. Wraith beat Eagles Club 64-57 after leading the first half by 38-23 points. Hornets defeated the Gregs 70-56 after dominating the first session by 39-23 points.
